Full-Time & Part-Time; Hours: After-school & Weekends


Work intensively with individual and/or small groups of children and their families providing a positive role model and “someone to talk to.”  Work towards improving the individual’s adaptive and developmental functioning, reducing the risks of extrusion from the community and/or admission to a restrictive setting.



  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human Services field or equivalent experience.  Exceptions will be considered based on agency need and experience related to position.
  2. Two years progressively responsible social services experience
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Minimum age 21
  5. Valid Illinois Driver’s License and a good driving record
